BRIKETT is founded and run by husband and wife team: Graeme & Sal. Set up during Covid lockdown times, this Haarlem-based smokehouse has been producing Slow & Low BBQ for a few years now and is steadily growing, with Deli-style Takeaway, Catering, Events and Restaurant Supply.
As a chef trained in high-end steakhouses, Graeme has always loved cooking big slabs of meat, and after being gifted a book on Texas style BBQ from his Dad, slow and low smoking became somewhat of an obsession. Part of creating really good barbecue is not just slow and low cooking: sourcing high quality ingredients is also key and BRIKETT have spent many years finding and testing the right suppliers to work with, perfecting their products to the highest standards.
We work from a production kitchen / smokehouse in Waarderpolder, Haarlem.
